Landmark Towers

Landmark Towers community suffered from age-related corrosion problems in its HVAC piping system. SageWater replaced the hydronic risers and the vertical condensate drain riser piping. In most projects, hydronic risers are accessible via a vertical chase bump out. In this project, however, one of the risers was contained in a dividing wall between eight back-to-back kitchens. Since the riser was not accessible through a bump out, the SageWater team removed and reset kitchen cabinets in all eight units to access and replace the riser piping and the extended runout piping that ran across the kitchen ceilings. Because of its experience working in kitchens to replace domestic water supply pipes, SageWater completed the repipe and cabinet work with minimal disruption to residents.
