Landmark Apartments

Having already completed a successful repipe project for the community’s management team, SageWater was hired to remediate the aging copper supply piping system in this 227 unit building in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our in-house crews performed our turnkey process within units, replacing the corroded copper with a new piping system. Units were completed in 3-5 days, and residents did not have to move out during the process. SageWater crews also performed drywall and paint repairs to affected surfaces, as well as coordinated asbestos abatement, returning the units to their pre-renovation condition.
