Jacaranda Village

The polybutylene supply piping system was leaking at the Jacaranda Village apartments. Using our Turnkey Pipe Replacement solution, SageWater repiped the community while expertly addressing a couple of unique challenges. For example, SageWater learned that the owner had plans to raise the dropped ceilings in each kitchen. Since each floor was separated by a concrete slab, which—on its own—required creative problem-solving, SageWater strapped the new supply pipes to the slab ceiling so that the piping would be out of the way when the owner completed future renovations.
