Inlet Bay

Inlet Bay was experiencing issues with leaking, shutdowns, and resident complaints due to defective polybutylene supply piping. Pleased with our turnkey approach and the way we handled resident communications during a similar project at another property, the owners chose to work with SageWater.

The main shutoff valves were not operational, so we replaced those first, enabling us to shut down water unit-by-unit and avoid disruption to the wider community as we worked. In some sections of the property, there wasn’t enough room for the new pipe inside the wall cavity. We solved this issue by running the piping outside the wall and creating an aesthetically pleasing drywall bulkhead around it that blended with the building’s interior. We finished on time and on-budget.
