This community, purchased by Fairfield Residential, was experiencing continual leaks from their failing polybutylene supply piping system. SageWater performed our turnkey solution to replace the defective polybutylene in 287 units. Our solution also included drywall and paint renovation. This was a repeat client as SageWater has renovated numerous properties for Fairfield.
We express our heartfelt appreciation for making the water replacement in our apartment easy and safe for us. After the pipe replacement was finished, the crew did a very good clean up in our home and there was no damage to our things.
