Prior to hiring SageWater, this North Bethesda high-rise condominium community was experiencing substantial age-related corrosion in the piping of its 52 closed-loop HVAC risers. Frequent leaks in these risers were causing the property to replace them one at a time, and they ultimately decided it was more efficient and cost effective to replace all the failing risers in one project. SageWater was hired to perform this repipe, working diligently with building management to develop a complete resident communications program (including a project-specific website). As a turnkey contractor, SageWater is completing all renovation components for this project including plumbing, insulation, firestopping, drywall and paint.
