The apartments at Dominion Heights experienced age-related leaks throughout their domestic water supply piping. The property owners initially contracted with an epoxy pipelining provider, believing a lining solution would save their galvanized supply piping system. However, it became clear halfway through the project that this solution would not work. The owners then hired SageWater to remediate the failed epoxy installation which meant going back to replace all the lined pipes with new piping and then repiping the remainder of the system plus the main lines. Because SageWater provides a turnkey solution, our crews also performed drywall and paint repairs to the affected surfaces, returning the building to its original finished condition.
