SageWater was hired by the property management company, Aukum Group, to repipe this 186-unit garden-style property. Aukum Group had newly-acquired the property and was aware this particular property had a failing polybutylene supply piping system and knew it had to be replaced but sought a solution that would not require any of their residents to move out. Our crews installed a complete piping system and new diverters in each unit.
It was a much quicker process than I anticipated—even after being told in the resident meeting how the process would be accomplished.
