Central on the Green Apartment Homes (formerly known as Dominion Park Green)

Central on the Green Apartments (formerly Dominion Park) was plagued with defective polybutylene plumbing and experienced multiple catastrophic leaks that caused huge problems for residents and the community staff. SageWater replaced the defective polybutylene piping throughout the property. Because we completed the project on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption to residents, the building owner hired SageWater to provide our turnkey solution for another 1,000+ units at other properties.
