The former home of The Brumby Chair Co., Brumby Loft Apartments offers residents the appeal of historic loft-style living, including exposed brick and ductwork, alongside modern amenities and finishes. That’s why it was essential to quickly remedy the leaks occurring in the building’s CPVC piping system. SageWater provided a full replacement of the water distribution lines, starting from newly installed riser brass ball valves and terminating at fixtures within each of the 132 units. The project also included a new main shut-off valve inside each unit and reinstallation of existing water meters in the mechanical room. The project required the utmost care, not only in craftsmanship but also in consideration of residents living on site during the renovation.
