Three Assembly Properties communities in the Washington metropolitan area were experiencing frequent leaks in their domestic water system. Owner Greystar hired SageWater to replace the piping and fittings for all 1,033 apartments and two clubhouses. SageWater’s best practices for working in occupied communities were critical to completing the project within the one-year contract since the work was completed during the COVID-19 pandemic while residents were in their homes. SageWater successfully managed to restore water to residents more quickly than usual, all while following strict COVID guidelines.
