Failing copper supply pipes were costing owners at the Aspen Grove complex in Kent, Washington, thousands of dollars in repairs. SageWater was hired to repipe all 96 units with new premier pipes with unmatched performance and requiring no chemical bonding. The project also included installing a new main ball valve within each unit, new riser valves for the 28 risers feeding each building, and one new hose bib per building. Because units remained occupied during the project, SageWater crew members separated workspaces so that residents could remain in other areas of their units while the work was completed; at the end of each day, all plumbing was usable and construction debris was removed.
Their program for notification to homeowners, getting in and out of the units quickly with minimal disruption, and the daily communication with homeowners as well as with me was a well-oiled machine that ran smoothly throughout.
