Having completed multiple repipe projects for Ashford Club’s property management parent company, RAM Partners, SageWater was hired to replace the failing polybutylene supply piping system in the 102-unit garden-style property in Tallahassee, FL. SageWater crews performed our turnkey solution at the property, replacing the leaking domestic supply lines and intra-building mains with corrosion-resistant piping. In addition, crews performed drywall and paint repairs to the affected surfaces. The project was completed ahead of schedule and on-budget, much to the property management and resident’s satisfaction.
