Allure Tower

Allure Towers Condominium was experiencing catastrophic issues with leaking due to a construction defect in the stainless steel mainwater distribution. The defect was in the pipe welding and so the community’s Board chose a new system design with grooved stainless-steel piping that would require almost no welding. The Board then chose SageWater to install it, providing residents with peace of mind after a negative experience. SageWater completed the entire supply system repipe with just eight water shutdowns—fewer than half the number a plumbing company would likely require for a similar job—and delivered the project on budget and ahead of schedule.
