The Mark on 4th suffered from defective polybutylene supply piping. SageWater completed the two-month piping system replacement on time and under budget. The success of the project was summed up in these closing words from Fairfield Residential, property manager: “The property can’t say enough about the great job you and your team did. Thanks for your hard work, close coordination, and rare, smooth-running retrofit. Much appreciated!” This was SageWater’s second successful repipe for Fairfield Residential.
