This high-rise condominium had numerous leaks due to an old and defective drain, waste, and vent piping system. Inoperable isolation valves prevented the shut off of water by vertical stacks and zones. SageWater performed our turnkey process, replacing the corroded cast iron DWV system with a new plumbing system and new isolation valves. This required removing and resetting bathrooms and kitchens, including high-end fixtures and asbestos remediation. SageWater also renovated the drop ceiling and replaced decorative elements in the common area community room.
