This condominium community faced age-related issues with its HVAC piping systems. SageWater was hired to perform a replacement of the riser isolation valves, condensate drain lines, as well as 32 building main supply and return risers. We also completed the refinishing of the affected drywall within units. The project was completed on time and under budget, much to the satisfaction of unit owners and property management.
Overall, I’d like to say, “Very professional job.” I’m extremely pleased from a resident’s perspective…I don’t know how you do it. It wasn’t a disruption to my life at all.
