As Boca Manor Apartments neared its 50- year anniversary, residents and management experienced recurring leaks—a tell-tale sign that the galvanized pipes behind the walls were aging out of their useful life. The property owners had worked with SageWater on other projects and turned to our turnkey services once again for Boca Manor. SageWater replaced the mains, risers, and in-unit piping. Unlike most projects where we work in occupied units, the apartments at Boca Manor were undergoing full renovations, so our team carefully coordinated with other contractors on site, ensuring that our crews had room to work and remain on schedule.
