Congressional Towers was experiencing age related corrosion and failure of its entire mechanical system, including mechanical plant equipment, main distribution loops, vertical risers and fan coil units. SageWater was hired to replace the 80 vertical risers and 614 fan coil units as well as installed new locks on the mechanical closets in each unit and disconnected switches to bring each mechanical closet up to code.
SageWater minimized inconveniences and left our apartment clean. I commend SageWater’s project manager for meeting all expectations. He was always courteous, prompt, and honest. Because of SageWater, we can look forward to our warm apartment in the winter and a cool apartment in the summer.
