The Rosalei

The Rosalei was experiencing extremely low water pressure due to the age of their galvanized domestic water pipes and missing booster pumps. The DWV and supply piping systems at this property were behind 4” concrete block. In order to repipe both systems, SageWater installed booster pumps and a backflow preventer in all units, which required cutting through up to 2” inches of plaster and lathe. The project also included the removal and resetting of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry within each unit.
