SageWater Announces Promotion of Andrew Huck to Senior Vice President of Preconstruction
ALEXANDRIA, VA, July 7, 2025 — SageWater, the nation’s leading provider of turnkey plumbing and mechanical infrastructure solutions for condominium and apartment communities, has announced that T. Andrew Huck, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Preconstruction.
In his new role, Andrew will take over management of the company’s preconstruction activities, which will now span sales, estimating, custom solutions and Pipe TEST™ forensic analyses. “With a background in mechanical engineering, construction management, and business development, Andrew is uniquely skilled to steer our expanded Preconstruction department so that we continue helping clients unlock value from their plumbing and mechanical infrastructures,” said David Schanuel, President and COO at SageWater.

Throughout his career, Andrew has succeeded at strategically partnering with his clients to build trusting relationships that have delivered innovative and custom design-build solutions. Prior to joining SageWater in 2022, Andrew was at firms such as Burt Hill, Charles E. Smith, Shapiro and Duncan, Kirlin, and Southland Industries. Since joining SageWater, Andrew has formalized our forensic analysis offerings and design-build delivery, and has played a pivotal role in evolving our ability to help clients consider plumbing and mechanical system conversions and upgrades in addition to our flagship like-in-kind piping system replacement.
