As Senior Vice President of Preconstruction at SageWater, Andrew leads a cross-functional team that includes sales, estimating, custom solutions, and Pipe TEST™ forensic analyses. He brings a robust background in mechanical engineering, construction management, and business development to his work, with experience at respected construction firms such as Burt Hill, Charles E. Smith, Shapiro and Duncan, Kirlin, and Southland Industries. Since joining SageWater in 2022, Andrew has advanced the company’s forensic and design-build capabilities, helping clients gain clarity about the condition of their plumbing and mechanical infrastructures and evaluate innovative options that deliver positive outcomes from their capital improvements. Andrew holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Grove City College. He is an active lacrosse official and member of the Washington Area Lacrosse Officials Association.
