SageWater Hires David Schanuel as Vice President of Contract Management
Company states growth and improved customer service as drivers for expanding the management team

Alexandria, Virginia, July 14, 2015 – SageWater, the nation’s leading pipe replacement and restoration contractor, has announced today that it has officially hired David Schanuel as its new Vice President of Contract Management.

To maintain our desired level of responsiveness, we have taken an important step to expand our management capabilities during the pre-construction phases of our work. Adding executive capacity at this level ensures we can turn around proposal requests and contract reviews more quickly, and be more responsive to our clients needs.” said Peter Page, President of SageWater.
Prior to joining the SageWater team, David worked as a project manager for Buch Construction managing a host of residential, commercial and public sector renovation projects focusing on mechanical and plumbing system improvements. He has an MBA from Marymount University and a BS in Engineering from the University of Maryland.
“With his skillset and experience, David brings instant capacity to help us scope, spec and price more repiping projects.
