As Division Manager, Southwest, Ro ensures seamless communication, logistics, and execution for SageWater’s plumbing and mechanical infrastructure projects across the region. Ro takes a hands-on approach, working collaboratively with his project managers in occupied multifamily apartment and condominium communities to solve challenges and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Ro has spent his entire career in construction, including previously owning a general contracting business. He first joined SageWater as a project manager, cutting his teeth on large-scale projects like Brooks Tower, a 40-story, multi-system repipe carried out under Covid-19 protocol. Ro advanced to Senior Project Manager, a role he held for several years before moving into his current position in early 2025.
Outside of work, Ro enjoys backpacking, hiking, and camping near his home outside Denver.
