Peter is the Founder and Chair of the Board of SageWater. After nearly four decades of leadership as CEO, he transitioned to Chair in early 2026. Under Peter’s tenure, SageWater grew into a leading provider of turnkey plumbing and mechanical infrastructure solutions for multifamily apartment and condominium communities nationwide.
As Chair, Peter leads the Board of Directors and partners with the CEO and executive team on strategy, governance, and stakeholder alignment—helping ensure continuity of SageWater’s customer-first culture and long-term growth.
An entrepreneur and investor, Peter has co-founded or supported numerous businesses in addition to SageWater. He also serves as Chair of the Global Good Fund Board of Directors, is a member of the Global Good x Amani Institute Board of Directors, and mentors social entrepreneurs.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Virginia and an active alumnus. An avid outdoorsman and adventure seeker, he often spends time in the backcountry.
