As Division Manager of Mechanical at SageWater, Luke provides services exclusive to SageWater clients who have replaced or installed mechanical infrastructure.
Early in his career, Luke completed a five-year apprenticeship at W.E. Bowers, advancing to construction foreman before launching his own contracting firm. Then, a longtime collaboration with SageWater led him to join us full-time in 2025.
Luke leads his division to handle mechanical equipment installation and replacement as part of a client’s repipe or conversion project, and to provide those clients with maintenance services to lengthen a mechanical system’s useful life.
Luke especially likes the problem-solving aspect of his work and that no two days are alike. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
