As Division Manager, West, Chris oversees SageWater plumbing and mechanical infrastructure projects across the region, supervising a team of project managers who lead individual jobs in occupied multifamily apartment and condominium communities. With more than a decade at the company, Chris leverages his extensive experience to build trust with clients, ensure projects run smoothly, and tackle challenges as they arise. His favorite part of his role is fostering camaraderie amongst his team, which he believes is the best way to ensure they deliver the highest-quality work for our clients.
Chris is a PL01 commercial journeyman plumber in Washington—the highest attainable license in the state—and holds a degree in business administration. When he’s not at SageWater, Chris enjoys spending time in nature, including hikes with his wife and dog.
