As the Plumbing Supervisor and Responsible Managing Employee (RME) for SageWater in Hawaii, Brian leads the day-to-day operations of a growing team of plumbers and crew leads. He helps manage hiring, interviews, and evaluations for plumbers and supports daily project execution across several project sites, ensuring the teams have what they need to deliver code-compliant, quality work. While being a licensed master plumber, he also holds the company’s plumbing, fire sprinkler, and backflow licenses for Hawaii, filling a critical regulatory and leadership role.
Brian joined SageWater in 2018. He has a wide spectrum of plumbing experience, including operating his own small plumbing business and growing up in a household where plumbing was the family trade. Outside of work, Brian enjoys golfing and spending time with his children.
