As our Director of Human Resources, Ari partners closely with SageWater leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, and support initiatives that enable the business grow and scale.
Her responsibilities span talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, and employment compliance. She also leads the SageWater Community Outreach program, which helps foster positive change in the communities where our employees live and work.
Before joining SageWater, Ari gained 15 years of HR leadership and operations experience at organizations that include Luck Companies, KmG Hauling, and Centro Global Solutions. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Affairs from George Mason University and a master’s degree in leadership from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Outside of work, Ari enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is passionate about continuous growth, whether through developing new skills, exploring fresh ideas, or learning something new.
