Andrew, a former US Marine Corps Corporal, joined SageWater in 2014. He has progressed from Plumber to Operations Manager in Hawaii, a demanding market where hundreds of fully occupied and aging high-rise condominiums present extraordinary operational and management challenges. Andrew thrives in this environment, bringing focus and dedication to the work—all day, every day. His ability to motivate teams and set them in the right direction has been critical to fulfilling our mission in Hawaii. By day, he ensures high-quality service and homeowner satisfaction. By night, he conducts classes to help SageWater employees earn their plumbing licenses and teaches them “the how and the why” of plumbing codes and proprietary SageWater practices.
