Are you a self-starter who is motivated to advance your career by taking direction and learning from others?  The Plumbing Helper role requires working hard while learning all aspects of our repipe process.  Helpers must be able to read a tape measure and be ready, willing, and able to help with any required tasks on a pipe replacement project including: hauling materials, hanging protective plastic, cleaning, and of course, learning to install pipe.  Daily set-up and clean-up are a big part of the helper’s job.  Our repipe projects are “production” work, running at a very fast pace with little down-time.  One crew will often remove and replace all the pipe in a single apartment in less than one day.

Are you an experienced plumber looking to make more money and move up in your career?  SageWater plumbing mechanics must be willing to take direction from crew leads and work in a collaborative, team-based environment in order to meet our fast-paced schedules. Our repipe projects are “production” work with very little down-time.  One crew will often remove and replace all the pipe in a single apartment in less than one day.  Mechanics must work quickly to perform all the pipe replacement work so the drywall crews can follow behind them to complete the wall repairs.  Plumbing Mechanics may eventually become leads, so in addition to advancing their plumbing skills, they also need to learn how to communicate with residents and manage more junior team members.

Are you an experienced plumber who enjoys leading a crew but is looking for a way to make more money?  SageWater Crew Leads must be willing to take ownership of their team, and the pipe replacement process, to meet our fast-paced schedules. Our repipe projects are “production” work with very little down-time.  One crew will often remove and replace all the pipe in a single apartment in less than one day.  Crew leads must own and oversee all aspects of this pipe replacement process, working quickly and efficiently so the drywall crews can follow behind them to complete the wall repairs.
