David assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of SageWater in early 2026, eleven years after joining the company and advancing successfully through other management and executive roles. He provides strategic direction and leadership to ensure SageWater maintains and expands its position as the leading nationwide provider of turnkey plumbing and mechanical infrastructure solutions for condominium and apartment communities.
David’s background in commercial construction spans general and mechanical contracting and piping infrastructure. While serving as a Project Executive and Manager at Kirlin then Buch Construction, he began leading teams to execute multimillion-dollar projects. In 2022, he helped transform SageWater’s preconstruction and design-build capabilities by spearheading its diversification into forensic analyses and solution-based design and implementation. As CEO, he crafts and implements strategies to enter new markets and add services that make it easier and more economical for SageWater clients to protect their investments and improve the quality of life in their communities.
David is a member of YPO. He holds an MBA from Marymount University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. In his off-hours, David loves spending time with his wife and two sons, officiating college lacrosse, golfing, car restoration, and woodworking.
