Naniwa Gardens

Naniwa Gardens was experiencing frequent leaks and backups in its aging drain, waste and vent piping, contributing to rising insurance pressures. The Board selected SageWater to carry out a turnkey system replacement. During the project, it became clear that the piping behind the walls diverged substantially from the building plans, so we adapted our plan without impacting the schedule. The work was further complicated by the lack of stairwell access for crews and a single elevator shared with residents, so we planned around resident traffic to keep the building running normally throughout construction. We finished on time and on budget and provided the Board with updated as-built plans upon completion. Residents gave positive feedback on our organized, high-quality work.
