Bishop Manor 

Bishop Manor condominium was experiencing recurring clogs and backups in its drain, waste and vent system—an expected problem in older buildings. Years of buildup had taken a toll, narrowing the pipes and restricting the flow. The Board determined a full system replacement was the best path forward and chose SageWater’s design-build approach, based in large part on the fast start we could deliver. To give the Board full confidence in the building’s underground drain lines, we went beyond our scope and coordinated a camera inspection. We also installed a building backflow preventer to keep contaminated water from flowing back into the drinking water supply. We finished the project on budget, on schedule and residents never had to move out.
