While 32 units is on the smaller side of SageWater’s projects, there was nothing small about the work we performed. The failing cast iron drains were buried underneath the concrete below the ground floor apartments. This required our crew to cut the concrete foundation out of five bottom floor units, dig four foot deep trenches from one end of the units to the other in order to access, remove, and reset and test new pipe.
My expectations were exceeded for this project, given the invasive nature of a repipe project. The foreman and the SageWater crew were communicative, responsive, reasonable, had attention to detail, and exhibited professionalism.
