Nestled within a golf course and just a few minutes from the beach, Kai Malu is a premier residential community in the Wailea Resort in Maui. But amid the sea breezes and sun, a problem was lurking underfoot. The copper lines buried in the concrete slab were leaking. To remedy the situation, SageWater rerouted the pipes, running them above the concrete. We also repiped the supply lines in each unit. During the renovation, residents remained in their homes and experienced minimal disruption, thanks to our signature project management communications and scheduling program.
We were definitely impressed with the quality of the work and the cleanliness of the unit when we returned. It was very hard to tell that any work had been done in the unit. The work was done exactly on the schedule we were given. Great company.
