This hotel was one of many built during the 1980’s suffering from a failing polybutylene piping system. The management called in SageWater to provide our turnkey solution to replace all the risers at the property. We completed the work in just 3 months with a minimal effect on occupancy, and provided our turnkey solution including pipe replacement, drywall repair and paint.
