Drew Cole

With more than a decade of project management experience, Drew brings insight and a steady hand as Western Region Operations Manager.

Drew most recently served as our Neighboring Islands Division Manager in Hawaii, where he successfully managed one of the largest projects in SageWater history. Since joining us in 2022, he has leveraged experience from his time working at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company to improve and streamline our project management processes.

Drew helps ensure that our skilled local support staff exceed expectations, from preconstruction walkthroughs to post-project quality inspections. With a civil and environmental engineering degree from the University of Virginia and a well-rounded construction background, delivering consistent quality comes naturally to Drew. When not supporting his team, Drew enjoys fishing and skiing.
