Natalie is driven by a passion for building and leading inclusive, high-performing teams. She launched her career after earning a journalism degree from Marquette University and quickly began creating high quality marketing campaigns. While working with small businesses, primarily in real estate (she’s also a licensed agent), Natalie gained experience across several disciplines including marketing, business development, operations, and sales. Now, in her role as Marketing Director, she leverages more than a dozen years’ experience to manage projects that enhance SageWater’s marketing efforts across all platforms and generate organizational success. When she’s not busy promoting SageWater, Natalie enjoys spending time with her nine-pound Pomeranian Chihuahua, Piccola, and her friends.
