As SageWater Vice President of Preconstruction, Andrew leads his team to manage the tactical, logistical, and design-oriented details required to get a turnkey plumbing and mechanical infrastructure renovation project off to a good start. He brings a vast engineering and construction background to this task, specializing in design-build project delivery and positive project outcomes. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the construction industry: Southland Industries, Kirlin Mechanical, Shapiro & Duncan, Charles E. Smith, and others. Andrew brings that industry-leading experience to working with clients, creating innovative solutions, and managing project scope and budget, as well as our SageWater Pipe TEST forensic study program. Attention to detail comes naturally to Andrew and carries over into his free time where he serves as a lacrosse official in the Washington, DC area.
