This garden-style apartment in Cranston, Rhode Island was experiencing frequent leaks in their defective polybutylene supply piping system. SageWater’s crews performed our One Call Repipe solution to the property, replacing the faulty polybutylene with a new corrosion-resistant CPVC system. The property had water distribution over the entire layout of each unit, which meant cutting a number of holes in the walls and ceilings to access and replace pipes. As part of our One Call Repipe, the team also performed drywall and paint repairs to the affected popcorn ceiling surfaces and orange peel walls.
