The polybutylene yard service lines at Kilmer Woods II were failing. SageWater replaced yard service lines in 300 units across this garden-style apartment and townhouse complex. This project had an unusual element: to perform the work needed throughout the community required a separate contract for each unit. We communicated with residents and stakeholders and, over four months, replaced all the lines with new PEX main lines.
