River Park Apartments was facing frequent leaks and costly tenant relocations due to failing polybutylene supply piping. In another example, we were able to complete the project on time and on-budget—without change orders—even after we discovered that we needed to excavate to reach several of the main shutoff valves that were three feet underground rather than in the above-ground utility box, as expected.
