Parkside Tower

In this high-rise condominium community in Honolulu, SageWater replaced corroded drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping with a brand-new piping system. The crew also installed two new DWV stacks, which required core-drilling the concrete to run the stacks through 24 floors. This also required installing new horizontal piping to serve the fixtures connected to the two new stacks. As with every SageWater project, we completed all the required and code-compliant upgrades, such as firestopping, and we returned the community to its original finished condition by repairing and painting walls and resetting all fixtures and finishes.​
