This project was small but very important! Unbelievably, the plumbing code requires very few cleanouts, even for large and complex systems such as the one at the One Waterfront community. (A “cleanout” is an access port into the drain piping system that is used by a plumber to clear stoppages and periodically clean the drain system.) SageWater was hired to install cleanout access points throughout the existing DWV system. The community can now properly maintain their drain system, greatly extending its useful life.
