The Hidden Palms Apartment community was another property suffering from deteriorating polybutylene piping systems. The staff called in SageWater to perform our One Call Repipe solution. Over 3.5 months, our professional crews replaced polybutylene pipes in all 234 units with CPVC piping, as well as building main lines. We also replaced all the water heaters and built shelving for the water heater installation.
