Potable Supply Repipe
Due to persistent leaks and corrosion throughout their galvanized steel hot and cold water supply piping, Klingbeil called on SageWater to perform a complete pipe replacement of the potable water system at the property. This included repiping over 200 units across multiple buildings including the underground mains where pipes ran between buildings. In addition to repiping, all required tile work and drywall / paint repairs were completed as part of the One Call Repipe process.
