Drywall Mechanics

Are you an experienced drywall repairman and painter looking to make more money and move up in your career?  SageWater drywall mechanics must be willing to take direction from crew leads and work in a collaborative, team-based environment in order to meet our fast-paced schedules. Our repipe projects are “production” work with very little down-time.  One drywall crew will often repair all the affected walls cut open for plumbing work in a single apartment in just one or two days.  Drywall Mechanics must work quickly to perform all the wall repairs so the paint has time to dry before residents return to their units each night.  Drywall Mechanics may eventually become leads, so in addition to advancing their wall repair and finishing skills, they also need to learn how to communicate with residents and manage more junior team members.
